Nowadays work in a shipyard as Technologist a technical person who provides technical solutions to different electrical problems that occur during dry dock repairs for various type of vessels. I will mention different jobs which I work on or used to work and be open for new challenges.

I am involved in a project nowadays in repair shipyard. It’s a new project for me and with all my experience gather up to now in ship repair, still, I have to learn new things and different approaches. I liked this quote “I have to know my job and understand the customer needs then I can distinguish real from vain”. It’s true but in the beginning of a new project or in the career beginning it’s different. You are focus on other things: how the project is going or the progress of work which you are involved, or technical work
Now in my case this ship repair project which I am involved I run out without knowing to many things about project just learning about technical part of the project.
My point, is also, for a person with experience involved in new project it can be frustrated. The set mind should be adjusted and understand first the technical part of the project and then it will be understand the other aspect of the project.

Yes I agree with you. Understand the technical part of equipment and the ship repair project will be easier to handle in the end. The better understand technical part the easier will be to figure out the other aspects of the project such as commercial part. The work is done proper means the equipment works and starts producing.
